KARUTHAL – CARE TO STUDENTS AND COMMUNITY
Karuthal is our initiative to care the students, community and environment with objectives
- To create an atmosphere of mutual care and support among student community with peers identifying and helping each other in needy situations.
- To extend a helping hand to the community in times of need.
- To engage in collective development of society by providing public access to college facilities in a fruitful manner.
- To share the expertise potential of the college to the society.
- To create awareness among stakeholders and community about traffic rules and road safety, disaster management, life saving skills.
- To create an awareness on needs of environmental protection and sustainability.
The final objective is creating a sense of humanity and service mentality among students, by participating in these activities.
NATIONAL INTEGRATION THROUGH SOCIAL PARTICIPATION (NISP)
National Integration through Social Participation (NISP) is a unique initiative by the institution with the following objectives
- To create a society committed to serve the nation and protecting its integrity and pride.
- To generate a strong sense of patriotism and nationalism through programmes that involves the participation of the entire student community and general public.
- To organize annual events that makes stakeholders and the public aware of the legacy of the nation and promotes national value.
- To convey the message on oneness among students from different sections of the society.
- To celebrate days of national importance
- To safe guard the citizens from the use of alcohol and narcotics so as to create individuals having good health.
The core objective is to nurture every student as a worthy citizen of the nation and makes him/her a part in the building up of a New India.
